Issue with your delivery? Cups are damaged? Maybe we did something wrong and mucked up your order? Whatever the reason which is causing you unhappiness with your Good-Edi order, we will do everything in our power to resolve it.
You will be pleased to know that we will offer a credit or replacement for any faulty product, with prior approval from Good-Edi. All we ask is that you please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt of your order or discovery of the fault.
